Vincent Kitchen

Walking past Bold Street is always a little surprise these days with the amount of Independent Businesses popping up. I love it! And today, me and Mother Blogger were greeted by a smiling face who handed us a menu for this new place – Vincent Kitchen.

You simply Build A Bowl of your own. With meat, sauce and veggies – it’s a simple solution to being hungry but not wanting something you’re going to regret later.

No Gluten. No Wheat. No Dairy. But a whole lotta’ delicious.

I had something similar to what they call a ‘Protein Bowl’ but with a little difference:

Brown Rice, Thai Grilled Chicken, Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato, Charred Sweet Corn, Peanut Sauce

It was absolutely delicious, and that Peanut Sauce is something special. But you could choose from a whole range of meats, sauces and veggies to go along. It was so nice to sit down and eat something that was healthy for lunch.

Getting deliveries every day of fresh produce, it’s open 7 days a week for eat in or take away. If you work in town, I’d say this one needs to b one on your lunch list.

At £7 a bowl, Vincent Kitchen say: “Our food is affordably priced and suitable for vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, meat lovers and everyone.”

The whole place is decked out with a very natural, earthy vibe that mirrors the food it serves. And the staff today were so helpful, explaining the new ‘Subway Style’ way of picking your Bowl Food.

New face, new food to try!
